Commissions:  If I join savings highway and purchase a membership level, and then I sign someone up who purchases a higher level, will I lose commissions and income?

Absolutely not. This is one of the things that makes our opportunity superior to others. Your income is not predicated on what you purchase, It's determined by what is purchased by those you refer and those they refer and so on.

Marketing:  Can I buy Guaranteed Signups for SavingsHighway?

No. Guaranteed signups are not permitted because most of them are not even real people.  Doing so may result in account suspension without benefits or commissions.  Each person who creates a membership must do it themselves.

Marketing:  How can I make sure I don't lose my referrals?

Send the people you are referring your full website. For example, if your SITENAME is:  moneylady2016,  then you would send them www.moneylady2016.savingshighway.com.   They cannot enter the signup page without a SITENAME. So you can also just tell them to go to www.savingshighway.com and enter your SITENAME.  If they have a cookie set on their computer, it will remember the last member's site they visited.  If they don't, they will have to enter a SITENAME to continue.

Compensation Plan:  What type of Compensation Plan does SavingsHighway have?

Our Compensation Plan is a Uni-level Plan which means you may refer as many people as you like and they will all be on your first generation.  Much like Amazon, we have a 2 level Affiliate program, but ours is free!  You can earn up to 7 generations of commissions as you refer more business. Bonuses and Profit Sharing are also available for those who qualify.  

Organization:  How can I use the Placement System?

You may refer others and earn the initial commission, and then request to place your personally referred members with other members in your 7 generational organization. Simply log in to your free online help desk and make your request there. Be sure to include the full names and savingshighway sitenames of the users you wish to place.  Placement requests must be made within 2 weeks of referring the new members. 

Benefits - Legal:  What if I use the legal service and I'm not satisfied with the lawyer they put me in touch with is not helpful or doesn't return my call in a reasonable amount of time?

Call our toll free service line again and let them know your experience with them.  Ask them for references for additional attorneys who can assist you.

Benefits - Activation:  I ordered a Membership. What do I need to do to make sure all of my benefits are active?

Some of your benefits will be activated instantly, while others require that you have updated your profile personal information and contact information in your members area.  If you purchase a membership and have not updated your profile, be sure you update your profile and then contact support through your help desk so they can assist you in making sure all of your benefits are activated promptly.

Benefits - Reactivation: I had a paid membership once, then I stopped it. Now I have a new paid membership but my benefits aren't working. How can I get them to start working again?

Contact support through your help desk to let them know that you need a new Membership Number.

Benefits - DeductPRO Activation: After I purchased a package that includes DeductrPRO, how do I use it?

1. Log in to your SavingsHighway Members Area
2. Click on your DeductrPRO button.  This will activate your DeductrPRO account.
3. Check your email for your DeductrPRO welcome email.
4. Use this DeductrPro Tutorial to get started:   

Memberships - Getting a higher level membership: I had a business or economy membership, but now I want the Pro membership. How can I make sure I'm not charged for both?

1. Order the higher level membership in your SavingsHighway Store.  2. Contact support to ask them to cancel the lower membership.

Memberships - I have a Pro, business or Economy Membership, but I want a Diamond or Ambassador package. What happens with my existing membership?

Since one year of the PRO Membership is included with Diamond and Ambassador packages, just contact support through your help desk to let them know that you need your payment date for the monthly membership moved ahead 1 year and they will be happy to assist you.

Memberships - How can someone stop a membership or recurring order if they want to?

Simply contact support through the help desk with 5 business days notice and make the request. Please include your full name and savings highway username you use to log in to your savingshighway website and let them know which membership or store order you are referring to.

Opportunity - Is it really free?

Yes. No purchase is required for the opportunity, however we do require a signed representative application and (SSN) Social Security Number or (EIN) Employee Identification Number
